HOW TO MAKE PAYMENT:
Two Ways That You Can Make payment. Both are fast, easy and secure:
1. You can pay online via our safe and secure, PCI compliant checkout. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Amazon Payments, PayPal and Afterpay.
2. You can PAY BY PHONE with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover by calling us at: 1-800-238-9481 or 1-914-580-2700.
RECEIPTS AND TRACKING NUMBERS:
We will ALWAYS email you confirmation that we received your payment.
In addition, we will ALWAYS email your TRACKING NUMBER as soon as we ship.
WHEN WE CHARGE YOUR BILLING METHOD:
We will immediately charge your payment method when you make a purchase, and your order will immediately go in to fulfillment status and be shipped according to the shipping method that you choose at checkout.
NON-USA INTERNATIONAL ORDERS CUSTOMS & DUTY BILLING:
The only charge that may be due upon delivery are for INTERNATIONAL orders (i.e. orders shipping OUTSIDE of the USA), in which case International Customs Duty taxes may be due. If you are an INTERNATIONAL (non-USA) customer, then you will have the clear choice of Customs Duty billing methods at checkout if you are shipping to a Country outside of the USA: 1. You may to choose to pre-pay all Customs Duty charges at time of checkout (so that NO Customs Duty charges would be required at delivery), or 2. You may choose to pay the additional Customs Duty charges upon delivery. That clear choice will be made available to ALL International (non-USA) customers at the checkout, BEFORE payment is being submitted.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES:
There are no additional charges that are in addition to what you see at checkout before you submit payment.
