Make a BIG Impression with somebody special this Valentine's Day. Here's some questions and answers to help guide you:

Q. Where do you ship from?
A: We ship from Newark, New Jersey.
Q. Will it arrive by Valentines Day?
A: No, the time window for ordering with Valentine's Day delivery has passed. But if you forgot, we can ship your gift super fast to help get you out of the dog house. We ship from New Jersey, and we ship the same day when ordered by 2 PM Eastern Time for non-personalized orders, and we ship the next-day for personalized orders. At checkout, you will see the expected delivery date for each shipping option, including Next-Day, 2-Day, 3-Day and Free 3-to-5-Day shipping.
Q: Do you include PRICES in the box?
A: No. We NEVER include any prices in any of our shipments, because most of our customers send our products as gifts. So go ahead and Gift Away with the confidence that NO prices will ever be included in any shipment that we send out.
Q: Can I track my shipment?
A: Yes, you can track your order because we always email your tracking number as soon as we ship.
Please bear in mind (pun intended) that sometimes we print your shipping label the day before we ship, so the tracking number you receive by email might not work for up to 24 hours after you receive it.
Q: Do these giant stuffed animals get delivered in a box, and if so, is the box tiny or big?
A: Yes (and it's truly a BIG box). First we place every Big Plush giant stuffed animal inside of a clear, heavy-duty plastic bag (to keep it clean and dry). Then we slide that big snuggle buddy into a large heavyweight box for shipment.
Also, We NEVER vacuum pack (shrink) your Big Plush stuffed animal and squish it into a tiny box, like many of our competitors do. We may be crazy, but we don't believe your giant stuffed animal should be squished, squashed, squeezed or shoved into a tiny box, so that it arrives in the smallest of boxes, looking like a shrink-wrapped frozen diner.
Instead, we pack your Big Plush stuffed animal inside of big, strong boxes, and we use normal human power (not vacuum machinery power) to gently pack your giant teddy bear or large stuffed animal into its big shipping box that has no markings on it, (so no one will know what is inside the box until they open it).
This will ensure the maximum best gifting experience for the special person on your gift list, even if that person is YOU. When you need to make a BIG impression when sending a special gift, we know that it is so important that your Big Plush giant stuffed animal arrives in perfect condition, (not shrunken-up in a vacuum-packed box), and must be ready to hug right out of the box.
Q: Will anyone be able to tell what is inside the box just by looking at it?
A: No, no one will be able to tell what is in the box, unless they open the box. We never put our company name in huge letters or giant logo or ANYTHING about our company on the box (except our company name is on the shipping label in small print). After all, this is all about YOU - it's not about us. Rest assured that your surprise is safe with us.
