You have two shipping options within the USA:

Standard Shipping (FREE)

2 to 3-Day Shipping (not free)

FREE STANDARD SHIPPING  is available anywhere within the continental USA, and is usually delivered by UPS or by the U.S. Postal Service.  We always show you a GUARANTEED "LATEST" Delivery Date for Free Shipping - so you know that your order will arrive NO LATER than the date given. We will email your tracking number when we ship so you will know which carrier has your parcel, and you can track it from pickup to delivery. FREE shipping usually takes between 5 to 10 business days for delivery within the USA.

2 to 3-Day SHIPPING is also available at your checkout. This shipping option will also include an exact GUARANTEED "Latest" Delivery Date.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

Great News! Standard Shipping for 99% of all products within the continental USA is always FREE!


MILITARY ADDRESSES (APO & FPO):

Important Message for Military Shipments: When entering checkout information for APO or FPO Military Addresses, be SURE to select UNITED STATES as the Country (even though you are actually deployed in another Country). Military mail to APO / FPO is always considered as shipping to the USA. This will allow you to select "Armed Forces Europe" (AE) as the "state". Shipping rates to APO / FPO addresses are MUCH LESS than international shipments to the same Country to a regular physical street address that is non-military. So make sure if you want delivery to APO or FPO addresses, that you select "UNITED STATES" as the delivery COUNTRY.


Shipping to APO and FPO military addresses is also FREE for our MILITARY customers via U.S. Postal Service PARCEL POST (which can take between 2 and 6 weeks for delivery to APOand FPO Military addresses). For a small extra shipping charge, our military customers also have the option to upgrade shipping to faster U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail, (which usually takes about 1 to 2 weeks for delivery to military addresses).


INTERNANTIONAL NON-MILITARY STREET ADDRESSES and STREET ADDRESSES OUTSIDE of the 48 CONTINANTAL US STATES):
Shipping to NON-Military International addresses and U.S. addresses that are NOT part of the 48 continental USA states (such as Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, etc.) will have two U.S. Postal Service shipping options available at checkout.


Postal Service International Priority Mail delivery to Countries beyond the USA usually takes between 1 and 2 weeks - but there is NO specific guarantee for delivery time.  Postal Service International Express Mail USUALLY takes between 5 and 10 DAYS for delivery to Countries beyond the USA - but again - there are no date-definite delivery guarantees. 


HOW TO CALCULATE YOUR EXACT SHIPPING CHARGES:
Place your product(s) in your shopping cart. Then click on button that says "Estimate Shipping and Tax". Then simply fill-in your zip code and city, and then you will see all your shipping options with respective shipping charges and guaranteed latest delivery dates (including for Free Shipping).

 

AFTER PAYMENT, HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SHIP?

We ship all orders (including PERSONALIZED orders) within one to two business days of payment - but we always tell you before you make payment what your "GUARANTEED LATEST DELIVERY DATE" will be.  When we ship, we email your tracking number, so you will be able to track your shipment.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:

(OUTSIDE OF THE USA, as well as Alaska, Hawaii, and  Puerto Rico):
Your rates will be shown using the "Estimate Shipping and Taxes" button located on your shopping cart page. Please note that International orders may require further verification after payment is received, before we ship. In some cases, further documentation may be requested; in some rare cases, we may require Western Union payment where we can not verify the validity of an order placed overseas. We appreciate our International customers, and we have these policies in place to ensure that we can serve you better.

OFFICIAL RETURN POLICY:

You may return your item in original condition by calling us at either 1-800-238-9481 or 1-914-580-2700 to receive a return authorization number within 30 days of delivery. We will then give you the correct address to return your product.

After we receive a return, we will inspect to make sure it is in brand new, clean condition, and then we will issue you a 100% merchandise cost refund back to your original payment method. (Please allow up to two weeks after that, for your refund to post to your account).

Shipping charges are not refundable unless we shipped the wrong merchandise. Return shipping is at your expense unless you decide to receive an EXCHANGE of any other similarly priced product OR if you decide to accept STORE CREDIT, in which case we will pay for BOTH, incoming AND outgoing shipping charges. When returning items, please make sure to obtain tracking and insurance, in case your return gets lost or damaged on its way back to us.
