The heart will come attached to your Big Plush stuffed animal! Be sure that you have TWO items in your shopping cart: this personalized "Sweet Heart" heart (from this page), and the stuffed animal that you want us to attach the heart to.  If you are ordering more than 1 stuffed animal, be sure that you tell us at checkout in the SPECIAL ORDER INSTRUCTIONS BOX which animal gets which specific imprint.
