This is an 18-inch (1.5 foot) balloon that comes adorned with colorful ribbons and that comes with a teddy bear holding a red heart embroidered with the words "I Adore You" and several 5-inch latex balloons inside. Yes, you read that correctly. This teddy bear is delivered inside of a real, see-through balloon (ship-in-a-bottle style) with a string loop at the top that allows you to hang it wherever you wish.
